Twinkle lights and candles lit....

It's time.....
my friends,
for...
baking cupcakes,
cooking pumpkin seeds,
dressing and primping,
filling the candy bowl,
sneaking many treats,
Halloween music,
Charlie Brown's great pumpkin,
family & strangers,
strangely seem familiar...
A mantle well lit,
for unexpected guests...
And too much sugar for little sweet seekers...

The anticipation and all of the night's wonders...
Big people getting caught in the moment too!

Happy Halloween dear friends!!!

  5. Happy belated Halloween to you! Looks like your entire family had a delightful evening. Your decor is lovely. We had a nice relaxing time, watching "Practical Magic," munching on candy and waiting for a bunch of wee trick or treaters that never came! (We only had three little folk!). All in all, it was a nice day. :) Sincerely, Theresa

  6. I love all your lights and candles! I am going to have a hard time taking my orange lights down. I wonder if I could pull off leaving them up for Thanksgiving? /:) Your little man looks so adorable in his Speedracer costume!

  7. Twas a spooky night in old Northampton town with a ghostly ride on a train for the little man and zombies and spooks popping out of coffins. Great fun!

Pop along and collect at your leisure!
