Back in the Saddle!

Ah, how sweet to publish something again....finally, right?! I have been a terrible blogger so, for that, I am sorry but I do have a very good (Exciting!) reason. I have missed seeing your lovely creations. In fact, I forgot my password so I finally figured out how to remedy that and have so appreciated reading your sweet comments. This is the only painting I have done in the last 4 months....I call her "Remembrance". So, about 4 months ago I was feeling really terrible....for like a month. And then two more. And, alas, yes we discovered it was due to a very wee culprit. Baby number two!!
So, now I am offically starting week 24 and feeling a billion times better! I have put down the renaissance period books and picked up the paintbrush. And, hopefully things will stay that way. : )
We are happily expecting another boy and Aidan couldn't be more delighted. He thinks he has a direct line to God now as he knows God knew how desperately he needed a little brother. I truly hope you all are well and I cant wait to get back into my dashboard and explore!

what an exciting time!!! Two brothers...so sweet! Are you feeling kicks and turns? What an amazing, "creative" time! Yes, after all the sickness passes (which for me, too, was so awful), i hope you have some time to enjoy the miracles in your life! xxoo

  20. Julie,

I am so glad to see that a wonderful miracle kept you away from blogging! You are sooo lucky to be having a sweet baby boy! There is nothing better than a home with dump trucks and choo choos happily laying all over the place and how wonderful to hold a tiny newborn again! I love your newest painting too. She looks so deep in thought, maybe remembering how it feels to be pregnant. Ha ha
    Lots of hugs,
    Jennifer
